Infiniti seduces fashion followers at London's Victoria and Albert Museum exhibition

Luxury brand Infiniti provided an additional dose of style at one of London's most eagely-awaited new fashion exhibitions, last night.

As official automotive partner to the event, Infiniti graced the west London streets with fleets of its models, ensuring VIPs arrived at the Victoria and Albert Museum in appropriately elegant fashion for the opening of a definitive retrospective of the work of Horst P Horst (1906-1999) one of the pre-eminent fashion and portrait photographers of the 20th century.

Regional director for Infiniti North Europe Steve Oliver said: "Infiniti is proud and pleased to be able to support the V&A over such a significant new exhibition."

"The exhibition celebrates sensuality, sophistication and seductiveness, qualities which are part of Infiniti's DNA. As Horst famously said, true elegance transcends mere fashion and that is something that applies equally to Infiniti design."

The German-born photographer's iconic images from the worlds of art, fashion, theatre and high society conjured up during a career that spanned 60 years.

Victora and Albert Museum director Martin Roth said: "Horst was one of the greatest photographers of fashion and society and produced some of the most famous and evocative images of the 20th century. This exhibition shines a light on all aspects of his long and distinguished career. Horst's legacy and influence, which has been seen in work by artists, designers and performers including Herb Ritts, Robert Mapplethorpe, Bruce Weber and Madonna, continues today."
